Beautiful home shows like a model. Buyer's have to think

Very nice home. Clients didn't like its close proximity to New
Town Road. Thanks for allowing us to see it. And sorry we
needed more time. (We are three homes in with each home sitting
on at least an acre. We have planted a full row of leyland cypresses
and in the next few years - you won't hear!)

This is a lovely home! It showed well and they liked the floor
plan but didn't think there was enough privacy. (Crazy! I
don't even pull the shades down, and we came from a home in NJ
sitting on 5.5 acres wooded. This lot and home offers all the privacy I
require!)

Thank you for letting me show your listing, this house is like
a dream with all the detail, beautiful, this is my second
showing, different client, and I will continue...buyer love it, the
only thing she find and did not like the formal dinning to
small for her...have a big familly and want more space.
(Dining room is deceiving in size with the wainscot and heavy
mouldings/chair-rails.)

The clients really liked this home. However, they did not like
the road noise from Newtown and they would like to put a
pool in the back yard but weren't sure if this would be
possible with the easement in the back. The home shows

but is not sure about the neighborhood and the back yard.

LOVED the house, but did not care for the small
neighorhood (Again - we have lived in BIG neighborhoods and
small and LOVE the privacy and intimateness Weddington Forest has
to offer. The drop to the floor rule when the door bell ring does not
apply here!)

This was a preview showing for an out of town client with a
home for sale in another market. This home shows
beautifully and seems to meet many of our out of town
client's criteria. There are a few tradeoffs that would have to
be compromised that do not work real well, however we will
want to include this on their tour list when they return to
Charlotte. Thanks for letting us show your property. (LOVE

Yard did not work for my clients. (We have a walk-in
basement crawl and here in the South that means we sit up. You will
not find a traditional, underground basements just a practically
non-existent here!)

The property shows very well. I have shown that floor plan
